Thinking Allowed is a weekly BBC Radio 4 programme focused on sociology. It’s a very interesting insight into how society works and opens up current academic thinking by presenting it in a way that is approachable and interesting.
The most recent edition featured an extensive analysis of the future of work, and how workplaces may change in future. A lot of this discussion on how work is changing focused on how outsourcing is changing companies and the jobs of people who work within companies that are using outsourcing.
Have a listen, and if you enjoy it then I recommend subscribing to the Podcast as it’s a fascinating programme.

Indian Corporates to relook at themselves:-
1. In a modern management system, managers often try to manage things which they really could not achieve. Therefore, our corporates must produce competent leaders competent enough to run their shows competitively since they are in an extremely competitive environment that is changing faster than time.
This preventive measure is a must for all our Indian corporates since the problem of survival is not only to eat, also to avoid being eaten. Our corporates must also realize a fact that reaching targets is not enough since excellence always lags behind perfection. Therefore our corporates got to do what is required rather than doing their best since many have failed by doing their best and no one has failed by doing what is required.
Lastly, let us produce real leaders and not just managers for which corporate training centers and Indian B-schools must develop a different philosophy and if required, a different curriculum altogether. In any case, either a deeper insight or a different approach is found helpful in producing real leaders essential to support our corporates in the long run.
Finally, our corporates must run a lot even to stay where they are, for which, they must seek unprecedented support from government too since they are meeting social and national objectives by providing employment to millions and generating billions of revenue to the nation in addition to making the nation self sufficient in technology, goods and services. In view of this, government must voluntarily come forward to strengthen the pillars (corporates & other business establishments) of the nation for a common cause for which government must positively involve corporate leaders in governance, policy making, public administration, national safety and national security.
2. Till date, Indian corporate leaders have been exhibiting their individual strength, they seldom exhibited their forum strength, this is unfortunate, and the same is responsible for their under-fortune and this is the misfortune of India and Indians. The real problem is that, our corporates often ask what they want, they seldom ask what they need.
3. Indian corporates are neither sharp nor smart, but they are certainly intelligent, efficient, competitive, creative, innovative, sincere and hardworking, their efforts are enough to give them exponential growth, they also exhibited their potential to become global leaders, but they must identify their needs and learn to ask what they need instead of asking what they want, for which they must be able to distinguish between their needs and wants, by filling this gap, they certainly rule the planet and this makes India and Indians the happiest in the world.
4. Irrelevant yardsticks of economy:
Sensex, Forex and GDP are not elements of economy, therefore they cannot be used to measure the economy of a nation.
Note: Requesting remarks and criticism on the above research findings. If possible, fund my research essentially meant for a common cause.

Keep Humanity As Foundation:
Humanity is the essence of all religions and faiths of our world. This is the priceless and timeless philosophy of earth since it brings peace and progress essential to everyone on earth. Therefore, humanity is the nucleus of the saying Live and let live. Thus, humanity shall be the foundation of our governance, policy making and public administration.
Therefore, let us promote humanity as our caste, creed, community, religion, race, tribe and nationality since: – (1) A true religious mind has no religion. (2) God knows no religion since He is God. (3) There is God in everyone; we need humanity to see Him. (4) There is God within, we need eyes to see Him. (5) Don’t do for others what you don’t want others to do for you. (6) No one is bad since everyone belongs to God. (7) Acquire everything that you can carry with you when you quit this world. (8) Lastly, the message must be: humanity is my caste, humanity is my creed, humanity is my community, humanity is my race, humanity is my religion, humanity is my tribe, humanity is my faith, humanity is my nationality, humanity is my language, humanity is my culture, humanity is my law, humanity is my consideration, humanity is my philosophy, humanity is my way of life, humanity is my world and, humanity is the sole spirit of my soul.
Ideally, in all schools and colleges, students must read this message everyday so that one day or the other, realization develops and peace prevails throughout the length and breadth of our planet.
My research for a social cause has revealed the above message.

Though NVSN Murthy is a scientist in metallurgy, he became a real God for Indian Corporates since he is caring so much for their welfare in the long run. His mission proves that he is a great visionary.
His advices to Indian Corporates are really motherly and priceless. Our Corporates must take him as an advisor.
He really deserves the title of “Father of Advices”.
His words and thoughts have the power to melt hearts, open the minds and fuse the souls – for a common cause.
At least, our world needs one more visionary like scientist NVSN Murthy for APPLYING THOUGHTS for others.
